On Friday 12th October 2018 some of our 4th class students attended the National Vision Sports Inclusion Games in Trinity College. The girls had a great time and got to participate in lots of fun games!

WE LOVE P.E.
4th class have engaged in a variety of sports and games so far this year, with some of our students joining sports clubs outside of school. We have members with a variety of local clubs including Setanta GAA and Ballymun Kickhams GAA
WORLD BOOK DAY! - March 2019
For World Book Day, everyone in the school was invited to dress up as their favourite character from a book. We had a fantastic variety of characters in 4th class!
A trip to the glanmore factory! - March 2019
In March our 3rd and 4th class girls were kindly invited to take a tour of the Glanmore factory. Glanmore kindly supply our girls with delicious, healthy lunches every day. We had a great day seeing how all our food is prepared, cooked and packed for us!
a visit from the pet farm! - April 2019
4th class got a very special surprise when we received a visit from a pet farm. The girls got a chance to see and pet a variety of animals including lambs, miniature goats, ducks, geese and rabbits.
A trip to the rediscovery centre! - April 2019
As part of a focus on biodiversity, 4th class were invited to a biodiversity workshop in the Rediscovery Centre, Ballymun. This workshop included learning about lots of different plants and animal species. The girls also learned about our own responsibility to protect all species, including ourselves. The girls then engaged in a nature trail to find different mini-beasts, including worms, woodlouse, ladybirds etc.

To follow on from our biodiversity workshop in the Rediscovery Centre, 4th class received a school visit from another biodiversity workshop. The girls got the opportunity to see different types of insects up close.

Throughout March and April, our school camogie team has been training really hard and putting their skills to the test during matches!
